Close to the sea and a lovely restaurant nearby - we really enjoyed it! 🌊 the location is fantastic, and we had a great time being so near the beach and having a nice restaurant close by.

The staff was amiable and the place was fairly clean. We had a luxury room with balcony and everything was perfectly fine. The location was favourable and excellent and the beach was near the hotel. No complains at all, the venue met all required needs...

It's an excellent base for visiting must-see attractions in Costinesti. There is plenty of excellent food for breakfast. - the setting is marvelous and fantastic, and it's a short walk to the beach and restaurants. - You will be about a 10-minute drive from Plaja 23 August. - I would be happy to recommend this hotel and will be returning here soon.

Stayed at a hotel on a beach in Romania. Thank goodness they had air conditioning, otherwise I would've turned into a puddle. The reception was open 24/7, which was useful for my late-night snack cravings.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, offering free parking and luggage storage. The 24-hour reception ensured that all our needs were met, and the free wi-fi in the rooms was a great added bonus. Additionally, the children's play area and pet-friendly policy made it a super family-friendly destination. The air conditioning in the rooms made for a comfortable stay, and the no smoking policy on site ensured a pleasant atmosphere. we had a fantastic and unforgettable vacation at this hotel.

Great views and quiet beach nearby for scuba diving. Lacks advertised amenities like restaurant and beach chairs. Limited nearby services and transportation options.

The room I stayed in at Hotel Forum had a balcony with a stunning sea view. It made me feel so relaxed and refreshed every morning. I loved that the room had a TV with cable channels, so I could catch up on my favorite shows during my downtime. The refrigerator in the room was a great convenience, as it allowed me to keep snacks and drinks handy. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and functional, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The 24-hour front desk made things so much easier for me. I always felt like there was someone available to assist me whenever I needed it.

Personally, I felt that the tile/marble floor in the double room was a bit cold to walk on. But I understand that this might not bother everyone.

The beachfront location of this hotel was definitely a highlight. Being able to step out of the hotel and onto the sand was a great convenience. the rooms were also clean, which was a relief. the breakfast offered at the hotel was quite good.

There were several downsides to this hotel experience. the staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful.
